Never going back. Treated with utter disrespect and contentious attitude from corporate level. They overfilled my brake resevoir, which caused check engine light, smoke and engine to sputter an hour from home. They will not reimburse for cost of repairs, only the $390 we paid for the brake work because we should've had vehicle towed to Dobbs. Forgive me, smoke from under hood and check engine are not two items I typically link with brake repair work I've had done. Got Better Business Bureau involved and they still refused to pay anything more than the original brake work.



Thankfully we have a money tree and can afford to spend unnecessary amounts at inopportune times for expenses we incurred through no fault of our own. So happy we choose Dobbs, please note sarcasam, that is only way I can deal with this situation now.

Absolutely hate using this Dobbs location. I do because they are closest to home and open on the weekends. I have yet to have ANY work done where I didn't have to take it back a second time to make it right. Most recently was a simple tire rotation. Sure enough, some how they bent a backing plate causing a metal scraping noise. Seriously????
