Westshore Pizza

First, the service is the best ! And the food is awsome ! They are a good clean place and have a great menu, lunch is fantastic ! They have really shown me, my family, and all of old north east st.petersburg what the best in town truly mean’s ! They have it all, the menu blow’s away everyone else. . . The best service by far and the best pie’s & food any where !

This place treated me horribly and i will never order from here again. My complaint is as follows. I called at aprox. 5:30 pm to order a 14" works and a 2 litre of pepsi. I asked for it to be cooked Extra done. I waited for an hour and finally it showed up. I paid the man and he left. I noticed that the box was quite wet but i didn't pay much attn. until i opened it. The first thing i saw was all the toppings and they looked like they had been laid on but not cooked. I tried to pick up a slice and it was raw. The pizza dough was wet and sticking to the bottom of the box. It was so wet that the pizza almost came through. I called back immediately to let them know that i was unhappy and i was told that all they would do is replace the pizza. I told the girl that i had already paid and that i had been waiting with my kids for an hour and that i really felt that she should replace it and also give me a credit for another time or refund my money. I mean i had waited and had paid and had nothing to eat and it was now 6:45. She asked me to hold and said all they could do is replace it and that if i wanted my money back i would now have to get in my car and drive the pizza to them and then they would refund me without replacing the pizza. I was floored and there was no manager or owner there to speak to. I left very upset and informed them i would never be back. I can't believe that in today's economy that people would treat a customer this way. This place doesn't even rate a star at all and isn't worth your time or money. Do yourself a favor and call another pizza company who will appreciate your hard earned money.
