Absolutely the worst customer service I have every seen.. This place is a joke! My son bought an MP5 with a friend of his and it broke after using it 5 times... The guy said that it was a factory defect and it was not covered but they could fix it and it was very rare that this happened (judging from responses here I know that is not true) Gave them the gun, and was told the tech would call me in a day or two.. TWO WEEKS LATER not call so I call, and they say.. UH... UH... yea the tech just picked it up... I asked them to have the tech bring it back so I can just take it to someone else, they tell me they dont know when he will be back... R U KIDDING ME??? I cant believe that there are crack using, pot smoking idiots like this running businesses in a time when people are dying for work.. WORST PLACE EVER, THEY STAND BEHIND NOTHING AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG KIDS BULLYING THEM BY NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS USING USED CAR SALESMEN TACTICS..!!! I will bash them at every turn cause they deserve it!!!!!

Very bad experience here. Refused to sand behind their defective product that I purchased new as a gift. Brought back product that was not working brand new out of the box. They confirm it was indeed defective. But..they won't replace it and refused to ship it to get fixed and refused to offer any credit of even a discount against a replacement. Arrogant non customer service attitude store manager and earlier was rude to my son for no reason. Mgr told me the $318 gun package battery he had sold me new two weeks before was really crap.. and all this even after he sold me a $40 special charger that he said was required to make it work right new. Worse customer service I've ever seen. Buy it for less on the Internet ...there is no reason to get treated bad and pay more from this group. They didn't care and don't get it. Said he wouldn't lose $30 to replace the new battery...but made me pay to replace the brand new one he had just sold us. I'm crazy to have ever bought from these guys.

Great Place! Check them out! They have everything imaginable, and more. They're expanding as well in the building they occupy, to carry more for their customers.
