A Learning Community offers parenting classes for parents with children of all ages. Our classes are also beneficial for childcare providers, nannies, aunts, uncles, and even grandparents.Parenting classes can help you work through challenges that present themselves at various phases of child development. They can even provide solutions to specific problems you might be having or help prepare for a transition in the event of a divorce or some other unforeseen circumstance. Our specialized programs can help with issues such as co-parenting, step-parenting, defiance, poor grades and much more. On top of all that, parenting classes also give you an opportunity to connect with other parents who are most likely going through a lot of the same experiences as you are. Whether you are looking for a course to enhance your parenting skills, learn the newest parenting techniques, or to fulfill a court obligation, we can help!
We are Independent Facilitators of Love and Logic. Love and Logic is a philosophy of raising and teaching children developed by Jim Fay, Charles Fay, and Foster W. Cline. Love and Logic is a program that is widely used among educators, parents, nurses, and other professionals. Love and Logic programs provide techniques that use equal parts of empathy and logical consequences to provide children with optimum learning from their mistakes. This helps to raise children who are self-confident, motivated, and able to solve their own problems.
A Learning Community offers Parenting the Love and Logic Way (ages 0-18) and Love and Logic Early Childhood Parenting Made Fun! (ages 0-6). Our course fees are all inclusive and include class materials and certificate upon completion.
We offer large group, small group, in-home or individual options. In addition, we have fundraising opportunities for schools, churches, or family organizations. Please contact us today so we can help you customize a program that best meets your needs!
