A: No! In fact, 95% of all carpet manufacturers require that you get your carpet steam cleaned once a year by an IICRC certified carpet cleaner in order to keep the warranty on the carpet. The rumor about mold and mildew was created by companies that use the bonnet cleaning method (dry cleaning) as a means of convincing homeowners to change their method of carpet cleaning. With that said, a carpet cleaning in which the carpet is left sopping wet is not a good cleaning. We have truck mounted units with powerful suction, and more importantly, trained technicians that understand the difference between a good and bad cleaning.
Upholstery Cleaning
It is time to refresh and bring back that new look to your upholstered furniture. Dirt, dust, mites, germs, and pet hair are buried into the fabric causing allergies, and degrade the air quality of your home
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Vacuuming
A: The most important thing you can do to keep your carpet looking great is to vacuum it thoroughly and frequently, particularly in high-traffic areas. Vacuuming helps remove dirt particles which dull the carpet's appearance and damage the carpet fibers. Also, use walk-off mats at entrances to minimize dirt particles being tracked onto the carpet and to reduce soil accumulation.

Carpet Repair
A: Yes. We have a certified repairman that can stretch carpet, install bonded inserts (otherwise known as patches), and also do small installations of carpet and/or pad. This technician is also certified in cleaning, so you can have both services done in one visit.
Steam Cleaning
A: No. Years ago, some carpets would shrink when cleaned because manufacturers used jute as a backing. Jute is a natural fiber that can shrink when it gets excessively wet, and old steam-cleaning equipment would sometimes cause that kind of over-wetting. Today, nearly all carpet has a synthetic backing, which helps prevent shrinking. In addition, our powerful extraction equipment helps prevent the carpet backing from getting excessively wet.
Deep Cleaning
A: Not with our cleaning system. Residue that gets left in the carpet from inferior cleaning processes is what causes rapid re-soiling. Our two-step deep cleaning process uses pressurized hot water and advanced cleaning agents to loosen soil. Then we remove the dirt and the cleaning solution with a pH-balancing rinse and a powerful vacuuming, leaving your carpet soft and clean.
