Very nice facility with wifi and refreshments in the lounge area. Service department got my car in and out quickly at a good price.

My family and I went to go look at a mazda5 that was advertised on the internet. I read all the reviews and they were pretty positive, so off we went. After a nice test drive things went sour. The salesman Mr. Anderson was constantly telling us the wrong information and making us wait. We thought coming in with the financing already done would up the process, but were we wrong. We had a four hour wait with three young children. The play area worked for the first two hours, but quickly became old. The finance guy was a complete jerk and he was the manager so I could imagine what the others were like. We gave them a range that would fit our budget. We are military we are not in the position to pay any old payment. They gave us a number way above our budget and then may is feel awful that we could not pay that amount. We are in a good financial position and I will not jeopardize that for a car. We went home extremely upset and humiliated.
