Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Absolutely trash.
When Mr. Kirk was general manager, everything was fine.
The company morale was excellent and everyone was making money.
However, since the new bald, racist, egotistical white nationalist has nepotismly been selected to act as the general manager, everything has gone south.
Not to mention the old washed up, narcissistic, non deodorant using haji that “looks over” the water restoration department, who does an equal amount of nothing as the general manager, receives similar compensation.
This company will shortly burn to the ground along with the bridges it’s incinerated on the way - as will the people who did nothing and looked the other way.
Roto Rooter is garbage, their employees deserve more, the plumbers are awesome but mistreated, and I’d rather get mold than be cheated, lied to, and stole from by the snake oil salesmen and drug addict technicians in the water restoration department.

Had a water leak in front of my house and the service tech Jeff came out and fixed it in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable on details of the fix. I would highly recommend him.

We had a clogged urinal at my business, Jeff Meares showed up on time, removed the urinal, snaked out the wall drain and the urinal piping, replaced some leaky gaskets, and made sure there were no leaks, he did an excellent job.

Other than being a few hours late for the scheduled appointment time, I'm very satisfied with the job Randell did installing a new valve in my shower. He was nothing but professional, took good care of my home, and even made friends with my dog. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

Tubing was cracked under the sink. Randell Nunn was early for his scheduled appointment. He come in and quickly realized the issue we were having with the supply tubing under the sink. He obtained the parts he need form his truck and proceeded to repair the issue so we could get the water back on. He had all the tools he need to make the repair. He was very friendly, gave me the quote to make the repairs and then explained what he was doing as he made the repairs.
He cleaned up afterwards and left us with a fully functional kitchen sink again.
I would recommend Roto-Rooter and especially this plumber.

The technician was professional and happy to assist. We had a stopped up shower drain that kept backing up and toilets not flushing. They came out after hours and he found blockage and fixed the problem and didn't complain about coming out so late. This is a FIRST CLASS company...Technician #1463 is top in my books. A Great job!

They were able to come out to our residents on the 4th of July. Our water softener went out and it clogged our toilets, faucets, washer, etc. they got to our house in an hour and were able to get us up and running in two hours. Our technician was very knowledgable and was able to get things fixed in a very short time. We just want to thank him again!

We had a water main pipe burst at the pressure reduction valve. We called RotoRooter for a free quote, and ultimately chose to have the Nick complete the repairs. He worked with us on pricing and made everything completely painless for us. I cannot say enough about the outstanding experience we had with Roto-Rooter and the technician and his assistant that came to our home to investigate a massive toilet overflow causing thousands of dollars in damages. Our warranty company sent a plumber from a company that did not get rave reviews and other than flush our toilet with and without toilet paper to try to recreate what had happened he did nothing to investigate the plumbing involved with this toilet. Roto-Rooter used their camera to snake through the plumbing, through the cleanout and to the sewer. He determined there was nothing in our plumbing that would have been a contributing factor to the over flow. He was thorough in his evaluation and in the process educated me on the process. He and his associate were prompt, professional, courteous and respectful to the event that occurred in our home. They replaced the toilet, that my warranty company refused to, cleaned up and said they would dispose of the old toilet. I asked if any plumbing company has the ability to investigate the plumbing and he said yes. Furthermore, if they did not check the plumbing they were not doing their job well. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter of San Antonio!!

Tom Cooper came out right away and was very informational, he quickly found our issue and explained it to us showing us his tests. He made quick work of our problems and kept us happy with his funny disposition. I would definitely recommend Tom to anybody in need of assistance.
