        Overall

        We used them in December.. Very disorganized. The sales guy was not very knowledgable. The owner Richard is not that friendly. We told us that he was going to get back to us about some tiles but never did.. Since I'm all about Customer Service.

        Had to go with them since we only has two weeks to move into our new house.

        Installers were nice. Hopefully they put the padding underneath the carpet. I don't trust this place.

        Next time, we will prob use someone else.
