Your hypnotherapist, Lynn Whitmire, has received extensive training in hypnosis and energy psychology. She is a certified mind-body hypnotherapist. A member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association she is a registered hypno-anesthesia therapist. Lynn has worked in the Holistic Healing Clinic in Pacific Beach and as a part of the treatment team at "Shakti Rising" - a program for young women with body image and substance abuse issues. Formerly a guest instructor at the School of Healing Arts, she currently is a Certified Master Trainer for the International Association of Counselors and Therapists providing beginning and advanced hypnosis training courses. She studied with Gary Craig, the founder of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and conducts basic and advanced EFT workshops. She received her NLP certification through a Richard Bandler approved training. These skills qualify her as one of San Diego's top life coaches. She is a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists, American Board of Hypnotherapy, International Hypnosis Federation, National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc. and the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology.
