The Management is rude for starters. I have lived in this apartment community for over 9 months and everytime I pay the rent they ask if it is for last months rent... I assume that it is ok with the management to pay on the 1st on the month for the last months rent. The people that rent here is very low class for the area or it could be just me... the chidren run Amuck at all hours of the night . They let thier flea ridden dogs use the restroom on your porch and then not pick it up.. when you confront the idiots they act as if they have no idea what i am talking about. Never leave your Laundry in the Laundry room because people do steal your clothes and or throw trash into them. the PArking is horrible, period. you have to park on the road unless you rent a parking space... which i did. My new car had so many dents from idiot drivers. and even when i rent it people still park there. Plus the management forgot to put me as renting the spot for 3 months then told me i had to pay for using it while i was renting it .... which makes no sense that i was paying it during those three months... Anyways All in all I skipped the lease and left while i still had my dignity

Cabrillo Palisades is the worst place to rent ever!!! I moved in 2 years ago when they had different managment, then they where tolerable. Now their so called "managment" is incompetent, and rude. You will not be acknowledged when you walk into their office, and if you need anything fixed (ex:mice problems) you may as well do it yourself. The parking is horrible, partly due to it being across from the hospital. and if you want dents in your car be sure to park on the street. The residents are less then classy so be sure to lock your doors, front and back. I have seen people climbing up over the balconys to break in to homes! They just passed a flyer warning people to lock their doors due to 15 year olds breaking into homes!! There is a lot of low income residents that will let their devil children run around the complex causing mayhem, breaking bottles, vandalizing, breaking into the laundry room etc. So, if you don't mind all that then you can get a great bargin and move in with one month free!
