        Best authentic Mexican food in SD. The service is good, dining area clean and the food is the best I have had in the area.

        i loved it all of it service w...

        i loved it all of it service was wonderful food the best ive ever tasted tamales to die for burritos great i couldnt stop eating i was so full of large amount of food given in each plate it was sooooo goooooood. I wanted to try all their food it was so ggooooood. You got to try it.

        El Indio was founded at the corner of India and Grape as a tortilla factory in August of 1940 by Ralph Pesqueira Sr. Fresh corn tortillas were made by hand. During WWII, customers from Consolidated, Convair and other nearby factories soon began asking for ready to eat lunch items. Since 1940, El Indio has been dedicated to serving the finest Mexican food north of the border.
