For over twelve years, Jay has been an office-furniture aficionado: learning about its construction, care and handling and buying and selling.In 2005, he formed Onsite Liquidators to conduct sales at customer sites, making large liquidations more convenient and profitable for the business owner. In turn, he was able to resell the liquidated furniture at a great savings. It was quickly apparent that he could best serve his customers by showcasing his furniture-buys in a retail setting.In 2006, Jay opened Miramar Office Furniture at 8590 Production Avenue. But, in six short months he relocated Miramar Office Furniture to a warehouse at 7343 Carroll Road, tripling the floor space and furniture inventory.
