PHILOSOPHY: All Smiles Family Childcare our mission is to provide a safe and enriching preschool environment to children aged 2 to 6 years. We believe in a play-based philosophy. We provide a safe, warm, and family-like environment where your child can thrive. We believe strongly in smaller teacher to student ratios, having 1:3. Our goal is to develop strong long lasting relationships with each child and their family. CURRICULUM: Our curriculum is comprised of monthly themes that are based on the children's interests. We keep children’s interest in mind because we want them to be excited and enthusiastic learners. NUTRITION: We provide a high level of quality nutrition and prepare our meals fresh everyday. We use as much organic foods as our budget permits. We offer breakfast, lunch, and PM snack. OWNER/DIRECTOR: Juanita Juliann Rodriguez graduated with honors from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors of Arts in Child Development. She has over 10 years of experience working with children ages 3 months to 12 years old. Her previous work experience includes being a head infant/toddler/preschool teacher, after school program teacher, special education paraprofessional for the San Francisco Unified School District, and professional nanny.
