Beard Papa's Bakery

I'd been trying to get to Beard Papa off of Mission between 3rd and 4th street near Moscone Center (officially on Yerba Buena Lane) for what seemed like months and was always either too early or too late. Parking is very difficult in that area but worth the effort. I had a Chocolate fondant(Fondant Au Chocolat) and a chocolate elcair. One of either would have been sufficient but I splurged. The eclair was light and full of mouse. the Chocolate fondant was nothing short of incredible! The service is professional and polite and the staff represents themselves well. It will be crowded at times because what they offer is so good. Wait patiently and you will be rewarded! I just learned that there's another location inside the Westfield Center at Market and 5th.
