        Charles Skorina & Company Charles Skorina is the president and chief consulting partner of Charles A. Skorina & Company, an executive search firm which he founded in 1980. The firm focuses on financial services and global investment management. We have successfully executed high-level searches in sectors including, healthcare, telecommunications, business services, retail, and technology startups. Prior to founding CASCo Mr. Skorina worked for JP MorganChase in New York City and Chicago providing banking and advisory services to corporate clients and for Ernst & Young in Washington, D.C. as a financial consultant and audit services specialist to various government agencies. Mr. Skorina graduated from Culver Military Academy in 1964, attended Michigan State University and The Monterey Institute of International Studies/Middlebury College, graduating in 1973, and earned a MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1976. He served in the US Army as a Russian Linguist stationed in Japan.
