I was so picky looking for a good preschool.
I was looking for something that has the advantages of both montessori and the regular systems.
I took 3 weeks visiting different preschools and i was impressed by none of them until i had a tour in "Creative Montessori Preschool".
I first met Mary who was so helpful, enthusiastic, cooperative and patient. She listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions and this was either over the phone or via e-mail.
And when my son started to go to the preschool she called me to tell me that he was ok. She even sent me an e-mail one day -during the kid's nap time- to tell me what he did through the day.
And when my son gets sick and doesn't go to the preschool she sends me e-mails to check on him.
All the teachers are warm and so nice.
They teach the kids to be independent.
One of the things i really liked is that they provide breakfast, lunch and snack. Their menu is so yummy.
Just Dont hesitate. It is the one!!!
This school was highly recommended by our daycare provider. We absolutely love the facility, staff, and families in the program.
Program wise- full of art activities, outdoor time, fresh fruit and vegetables, and attention from teachers. The teachers know exactly where my LO is at in terms of potty-training, academic, emotional, and social skills. They even know of the conversations my LO had with his friends.
A large group of parents gather at the nearby playground after school to socialize and let their children play together. We highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a warm and loving preschool for their LO.

Just visited the school with another family, I was very impressed with the curriculum and how the children are concentrating on their own jobs, as they call it. Wanting to be on the waiting list to enroll my child ASAP, we completed the application right away. The family who toured with us like the school also and turned in an application. We are hoping to get in by early next year. It seems like we have done our research a bit too late as we found out that there are not too many good preschools in the Sunset.

My daughter started at CMP in the spring of this year. We did not hesitate to enroll her after touring many preschools and reading the rave reviews on Golden Gate Mothers Group. I even contacted the people who reviewed the preschool on GGMG. Their experience was nothing but positive. So far my daughter is excelling in school with her social and academic skills. They have great teachers who are very connected to the children in my daughter's class. Although I can not say much about the other classroom and their teachers, I have seen their interaction with the students and they do kneel down to the children's level when talking to them. The facility has plenty of natural sunlight through their large windows. The school is always clean even when I come in at 5:30 in the evening to pick up my daughter.
