Perhaps the best pizza I've had. No wonder this place is always packed. Go early to escape the lines

After reading decidedly mixed reviews about Delfina, I took my partner there for his birthday dinner. The result? I very nice meal. We made a reservation which wasn't too hard. We were warmly greeted by the person at the door and taken immediately to our table. The restaurant was lively and the crowd is close to be sure but not to a point of discomfort. Our waitron was there to take our order and the food and wine were quite good. Service overall was surprisingly seamless and properly attentive. So many of the negative comments about this place seemed to focus on the staff. Our experience was very positive and as I said the food was delicious. We'll go back again for sure.

Generally good Italian food except the joint is run by this hardnosed Mussolini manager who is not all too friendly.

Good food though I recommend you get reservations.
