Don't go if they have a special! They run out of the venti cups all the time and if your membership offers extra points for a certain item, they are usually out of it. Not too impressed here!

Not only did I wait in line longer than anyone she gave me my drink without my pastry. I had to ask for my pastry and then I had to ask for my gift card back. She said you never gave me one, I said check again and she gave me back my gift card. She said I'm really sorry were just busy. Really? Am I not a paying customer that deserves good service?
