Knee Replacement
I had a complete knee replacement in November of 2020. I’m 47 years old and have been an avid runner despite weighing 250 pounds for most of my adult life. I had recently moved to San Jose but travelled back to Utah to have the same surgeon operate that I’ve had operate on this knee several times. When I returned to San Jose after the surgery, I was unable to start physical therapy immediately due to quarantine for going out of state. Needless to say, I was definitely behind.
