Do not use Alarm Promotions do you self a favor use a professional company. These guys are unprofessional, have bad customer service are late to appointments and their products break after a week.

These guys suck first the sales rep took down the wrong information and was extremely unprofessional in apearance and attitude then the installer showed up 5 hours late and even tried to rescedule for next week. The installer obviously didn't know what he was doing and did a sloppy install job even though the system is wireless. After all that the system started having problems after 3 days so I had enought I made a bad decision going with Alarm Promotions I returned the system and had one installed by a professional alarm company.
