Fouad was extremely helpful and straightforward. He is truly customer-oriented - very professional yet extends a warm treatment. As an easy customer myself, a simple yes or no answer is sufficient and Fouad just fits into that picture. Trust and understanding was established as soon as he introduced himself until the transaction was done. Car price was great. There was a little bit of haggeling - but that is usual for any dealership. Alex was very helpful - and was very good.
Got an oil change for my Outback. Took them about three hours but I wasn't expecting a quick in and out of a dealership service center. Business as usual... No complaints.
