Travel Circle

They have no idea of what customer service is, especially if you don't speak their language (Chinese). I only went to them because I was referred to by a friend. The lady (Joana) lacks personality and the ability to do business. She has no communication skills. She does not return phone calls and does a terrible job of explaining all the details. She leaves you in the dark to guess what the hell is going on. I wonder how they remain in business. They are cheaper in price compared to other travel agencies, but the savings don't make up for the bad business practices. Don't waste your time with them.
