        Just plain horrible and the la...

        Just plain horrible and the lady I am specifically referring to is Florine Linthicum the manager. She is absolutely rude. And a general check on her through the Hays county public website shows she has been convicted of Welfare Fraud. She is extremely rude I applied for my loan she said she d call in an hour to let me know if i was approved. I had just walked out the door and went back in to ask for a pen and she said I said i d call you in an hour I have others to assist. No one was in the office and I just wanted to use the pen to write a small note for my self on the time I applied for the loan as i forget things easily.Very Very rude and unprofessional.
