Cross America

We hired Cross America to collect on our outstanding late accounts receivables. They are the most unprofessional collection agency we have ever used. We have left numerous messages with no return phone calls. No-one ever answers the phone or even the door when we go by the office. They promished a written status report and to date, we are still waiting for it. We finally sent out a cancellation of contract certified mail and tired to fax it over as well, but their fax machine wouldn't work. If you are considering using this collection agency, run as far away as possible from them.
