MHN is certified by the Utilization Review Accreditation Committee and is licensed under the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act as a specialized health care service plan in mental health and chemical dependency. The company is a subsidiary of Health Net, one of the largest publicly traded managed health care companies in the United States.
