I have used Tim Finch with Finch Heating and Cooling a few times over the 14 years I lived in Rockford. Tim was always professional and timely. He did minor service work and major replacement work including installation of my heater and AC unit. I would highly recommend Tim!

I got a quote from this company. The quote was a good deal and the time-line that I was told would be approx. 5 days to complete the job, start to finish. Once hired, and a down payment paid, Finch's would only show up for a few hours a week, always making excuses for the delays. The owner apologizes like crazy and will promise to show up 'first thing' the next day...but NEVER DOES. It took 8 weeks to complete the job and even then I had to hire another contractor to fix all the issues that Finch's Heating caused. Poor customer relations, poor service, poor reliability, poor craftmanship. We also learned of another 'customer' of his that was having the exact same problems as we were. I highly recommend people to look elsewhere for a heating and cooling business. The give you great prices, but horrible experience and quality.
