        I went in to the Copy-Printing Center and ask the clerk (a slob by by any standards) to make me 4 copies of a cover and Laminate them), all he told me was that it was after 8:00PM and he wasn't going to do anything - STORE POLICY. Always thought that being a business leader the idea was to help the Customer out when he was in a pinch and needed something done. Apparently, that is Office Max's policy and not Staples.



        So I have to go back there at 8:00AM and get the coping finish instead of meeting with my customer. THE SERVICE AT STAPLES IN MISERABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. I WISH A OFFICE SUPPLE STORE WOULD OPEN IN SANDUSKY, OH. THE PEOPLE IN SANDUSKY, OH DESERVE BETTER.
