The parking is terrible. if you get home after 6:30 you will have to walk long distances to find a spot. There is no assigned parking. Yard service is sporadic they don't keep the areas clean. The garbage collection goes down for months at a time without being fixed, notice or apology. The gates are more often broken than not. When they do fix it they change the codes and do not inform residents what the new code is. The Management is horrendous, the only thing they do is send out notices about raising the HOA fees. If you actually need them they will quote some obscure section of the HOA manual why they can not help and pass you onto someone else...... all this for almost $300 in HOA fees.
