J Norman Roofing

I’m writing this review to save others from making the same mistake we did by using J Norman Roofing to roof our house. Their work was horrible.



Our house is beige and has beige trim around the roof. We came home and they had put white trim on our house. It was awful. Their reason was the beige trim was sold out. Our beige house now had an ugly white pinstripe. They did this without even asking. I withheld payment until they replaced it.



When they replaced it, they covered up half the address numbers on the house without offering or asking to take them down. The numbers now only half show and are stuck under the trim.



We had just finished working and spending a lot of money on upgrading our garden. They knocked over the garden edgers, actually broke edgers in half, smashed plants, left old roofing all around the house, left loose shingles, and left nails in our yard and driveway.



We asked what they would do if we got nails in our tires. We were told “if you get any nails in your tires, we will make sure the crew pays for it”.We now have their roofing nail in our tire. I sent them a picture and the bill to replace the tire. Now that they have been paid, they refused to help with the tire replacement that was due to their nails left in our yard. They won’t even reply to our requests.



We are very dissatisfied and hope nobody else uses this company.
