Mayfair Country Club

I live in back of hole 10.. and the lots in our subdivision extend four feet past our fences.

The hurricane damaged my fence and I decided to move it back the four feet and have use my entire lawn.

However, no matter how hard or however I try, (for 7 months) to get Mayfair to return my phone calls or emails to remove railroad ties, lumber, blocks of cement and a long commercial steel beam from that 4 feet of property past the fence, they are unwilling to return any calls or remove any materials after all this time it seems. Many of my neighbors feel the same.

Come on Mayfair. This isn't even legal and it's not right. Clean up.

Edit: 4/13:

they picked up everything on my property after seeing this; moved it back 10 feet and now it’s a huge eyesore for 4 homes including mine. Really Mayfair? It’s trash. Treat it as such as all Sanford citizens are bound to do.

Code violation submitted - and conversed with Mayor of Sanford today who knows this is all happening - said he would help me, and has a full set of photos.

Golfer Beware!

City of Sanford owns this course and recently hired Integrity Golf Services, LLC, . to run it.



The previous management lessee died and the City initially stated that all memberships would be honored.



However, on 10/23/13 members were "notified " via an unsigned, undated flyer available only at the pro shop that all memberships were being cancelled without cause, effective on 10/27/13.

"Notified" on a Wednesday afternoon and cancelled on Sunday at 6PM. Less than 3 business days notice.



Many members remain unaware that their membership is no longer honored and all members lost money -some had prepaid for several years.



The City of Sanford via its management agent Integrity Golf Services ,LLC. breached a contract with members with little notice and without cause. "Integrity " Golf, indeed.



Watch out. You could be next.

Since the new owners have taken over there has been a vast improvement. The fairways now have grass on them, the greens are in great shape. What a change
