        virus removed

        i had a bad virus on my computer, it wouldn't even startup. i called northbridge and the tech came right out the same day and spent about two hours cleaning up the problem and talking to me about how to avoid the situation in the future. i was scared i would lose my pictures and files but they saved it all for me. im happy.
