Terrible...they hiked up my policy almost double of what Geico charges. You get a different person each time you call and each one knows nothing of the person you spoke to. They are incredibly rude and can't even pick up a fax off their fax machine you send to them. I cancelled with them; they made the process as painstaking and stressful as possible on me, when it is a liberty to choose a different insurance provider anytime you want. Stay away from this insurance company! Gary Tyner Allstate is in it for themselves and completely act like you owe them your last dime without lifting a finger to be helpful.
