Charter Communications

Very disappointed in Charter Spectrum's service. The cable TV goes in and out, & the Internet is spotty. They charge way too much for the mediocre quality of their cable and unreliable Internet. I've been a customer for well over 22 years...why...simply because there is no other cable option available for where I live. I refuse to get satellite TV because of the even spottier quality & unreliability. I wish someone could give me answers. (Both Chromecast & Firestick aren't good choices simply because of the unreliable Internet connection.)
