        I was pleased with the ease of ordering an evaporative cooler from Air and Water. The sales person (Mike) knew the product and could answer my questions about the unit. Ordering was simple and uncomplicated.

        Tried to order an ice maker from Sears and they gave me no options at all, and the shipping was delayed. I called Air & Water and spoke with Monique who really took care of the whole situation! They expedited my shipping and gave me a discount! Thanks!!

        Excellent sales product info

        I was finalizing my purchase decision online and decided to call for comparisons. Etc. Christine was knowledgable and no pressured for my sale and even gave me an extra discount over the online savings and the free shipping closed the deal!

        Ordered a wine cooler from Air & Water. I got informed in advance that shipping company will contact me to schedule delivery. It worked all good.

        The unit had little scratches & dents due to transport, however Air & Water was offering a compensation for it. Good customer service

        Got a great deal from Air & Water, though unfortunately soon after ordering was informed that the product I purchased from their website was actually out of stock (it had shown 1 left). Christine left me a message regarding, and when I called back Monique was very helpful in getting me setup with another item as a good substitute; overall I'm very pleased, particularly with the level of customer service.
