L P Tailor & Alteration

I came in on Friday to drop off 3 pairs of jeans to be hem. so the lady took down the measurement from the 4th jean i brought in. i notice she wrote stuff down on a scratch piece of paper, and had me fill me my name and phone number on the reciept form. then she asked me when do i need it, i told her there's no rush. so she said monday. ok i left the store thinking everything is good. WRONG! i came back on monday, she came out and said im sorry im not finish with it yet. can you come back tomorrow? i told her ok no problem. thinking she was probably busy. so i didn't come back till tues, the following week. i can back in again. and she came back out to again and told me im sorry. i didn't have the measurement to do the jeans. i was thinking WTF? what did u right down on the scratch piece of paper? she showed it to me.. it was crap that she wrote down. i asked her why didn't she call or let me know on monday when i came in. she told me she didn't write down my number and forgot to get it from me when i came in again. i was so piece going back and forth. she told me if she can get the measurement and she'll finish it today. i told her no give me back my pants. I'VE NEVER SEEN A BUSINESS SO UNPROFESSIONAL OUT OF ALL MY YEARS. I NOTICE THEY'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 5 YEARS ALREADY. SO WOULDN'T IT BE COMMON SENSE TO GET THE MOST IMPORTANT INFO! THE MEASUREMENT DOWN? LET ALONE THE CUSTOMERS INFO... PHONE NUMBER??? if you choose to ignore my warning. then please make sure they write it down. you might have to double check or else you will have my bad experience.
