I had a very bad experience at this business.

She came home a nervous wreck with super bloody red shot eyes on the whites of her eyes :( her red eyes have lasted two days now. She isn't sleeping and she freaks out when you try to hold her. I hate seeing her like this, she isn't acting like herself. Shes very frightened. I have no idea what happened to her while she was there, they couldn't even finish the haircut because she was super nervous they said and when she was calm I could bring her back to finish. Unfortunately I won't be back. Max has never had a bad experience at the groomer. Shes usually very friendly and calm. Please Dont bring your dog here.

I think they harmed my dog on purpose. This business has a reputation for treating people who are not Mexican badly. RACISTS. Just avoid this place. Get Em outta here!

NEVER leave your pet here!!! I left my dog here and they had the audacity of closing 20 minutes early. Not notifying me that they would! This is just horrible business practice!!! If you state you close your business at 5:00pm then that's when you should close the doors. If you plan on closing early you should at the Very Least notify the owner so the poor dog is not left there alone over night!!!! I was mortified when I arrived at 4:40pm and the lights and door were locked in this business. The very next morning I went to pick up my dog and the owner claimed he fell violently ill and had to close early. I don't buy his story, but even if it was true he had my cell number and my fiance's number where he could have notified us that was closing early. When I confronted him with this, he then confessed that he had NO idea my dog was back there!! How can you run a business, and claim you don't notice if you still have pets that have not been picked up yet!!!! There is NO EXCUSE for locking up a pet over night because you have a poor business practice and could care less about your customers. I will NEVER leave my pet here!!

I brought my dog to this establishment for his routine grooming. When I returned to pick him up the women at the counter said "that will be $45". I explained to this person that the usual fee was $36. She insisted that $45 was the price. I asked her to check the computer records to review the payment record. It was listed clearlly the last 4 times I paid $36. She again said $45 is the price. I told her I was only going to pay $36. She then said "if you don't pay the full price I will not let you leave the store and you can not take your dog. At that point she ran to the door and baracaded herself again the door so I could not leave. Another employee tried to grab the lash from my husband. After a few choice words my husband decided to pay the extra just so we would be allowed to leave. As I was leaving the women called me "white trash" I was so upset I called the police and filed a complaint. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. I would not recommend this establishment to any one!

Attitud is everyting: This lady has an attitude that nobody should put up with.We have been aroung at the same address for over 2o years, we love our customers that after so long the have became our friends. This customer,(thanks God one of a few)allways tries to get the most for the least,she asks for a services and then she says she did not order and then she wants it off the bill. A few times she got the coupon price but at this time she did not bring any coupon so she was to pay the regular price, in order to get the coupon price you MUST bring the coupon and she did not, now,this is the time when "attitud" comes to shine and she has none of that. On top of that, she has a foul mouth that runs off, if she does not get what she wants,she can be agresive, called the counter person every obsenity on the book telling her "to go back to were she came from "F-----g Mexican",she was exceedingly offensive, other customers at the store agreed. PS: Her husband seems to be a nice guy.
