I got some table-top gaming maps printed up. Normally the people there print them up fine, but the last time I went there, the middle-aged red-haired lady handled it. She printed them up wrong and then blamed me for "not telling the designer" that she was printing them wrong. I figured she knew what she was doing, she prints stuff for a living.

Then after she printed them right and rang me up, she scoffed at the fact that I was paying $25 for a game. She said it was a waste of my money and that she doesn't understand why anyone would play games like that, let alone adults. I left the store feeling very insulted.

She may have been having a bad day, but that's not how you treat a customer. I'll be going to Kinkos next time.

Generally quicker and more attentive to your needs than at the bigger places. Good service and comparable prices.
