I had a dental emergency with a broken tooth which rendered my partial unusable. He was able to extract the remaining portion of the tooth - which was extremely difficult and offered to use my existing partial to replace the
missing tooth in it to save me a small fortune. The work was
excellent and I have worked in dental offices and have knowledge of this. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone who needs one.

Starting a couple months ago, we have had a run around with an issue about xrays - after waiting for an appointment, we finally got in to see the dentist (had to take child out of school) and were refused because we didn't have her xrays. It was explained to the office that in 2 months we're moving out of state and need her dental care taken care of as she has NO COVERAGE in the other state. We had to cancel another family members appt to get her back in - fine, we did it. She was seen 3 WEEKS before we were to move. They took xrays and did there exam and then said they could not accommodate any more appointments to fill her 4 small cavities before we left. I called back to ask if we could have any cancellation spots - they never called us. I called again to ask if I could talk to the dentist directly - they gave me a very hard time about speaking with him directly. He called me back - I explained that she needed to have her dental work done before we move to Washington as she doesn't have insurance there - he refused. He said it wasn't urgent. I said so - you can live with letting a child go without dental care being complete that you started - knowing that she's moving to another state in TWO WEEKS (which he should have been able to squeeze an appointment into) to a state where her insurance is not accepted. He made no exception even under our unusual circumstance!!!! I went to McCLeas Tires after this conversation, they were absolutely accommodating - I went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch, they were full of hospitality - I went to Safeway after, everyone there was pleasant - the two ladies in this office and the dentist need some serious customer services training and lessons in how to be kind as they felt no ethical duty to try and take care of this child.
