For the second month in a row, I've gotten no call to remind about appointments. I paid for 12 up front which is proving to be a mistake because they didn't already have my money, they'd make sure I got there so they could. I'd got a call the day before this whole time until last month. They call my wife and she went in. When she asked about mine, she was told it was last week and he didn't show. The lady that does my wax, AWESOME. the lady that dials the phone...... oh wait, she's not dialing the dam phone
