Hired Nick's as a new home owner and had an appointment and Nick, the owner arrived an hour and a half late. No courtesy call about being late. He simply told me he got tied up. He treated our home and did an adequate job. We were rescheduled for our quarterly service and had another appointment and Nick was forty five minutes late. Again no courtesy call about being late. So I called his office and cancelled his service call and his service, period. Obviously, Nick thinks that my time is not valuable. After cancelling his service he never contacted me to apologize for his lateness or to try to gain my business back. This is the owner of the company, what a poor attitude and customer service. Try another company...I did and I happy with them. Stay away from Nick's.
