Yoder Roofing

Yoder Roofing did 4 roofs for us. Super people to deal with! Had five bids. They were not the cheapest nor the most expensive.

They do quality work, do what they say they will do and when they say they will do it, are very honest, and clean up after themselves.

I would heartily recommend them.

I would like consumers to be aware that when you call/receive an estimate after waiting a month for the appointment this company does not even wait to meet with the owner to accurately assess the project.

If you request another estimate-in my case a whole year later waiting a month again-they will tell you they are coming, confirm the day before and then email you instead of calling to say they are NOT coming because an estimate is already on file. Of course don't hold them to that inaccurate estimate because it clearly states validity for 15 days.

If this company is too lazy to generate an accurate estimate and too lazy to communicate that they are not keeping their appointment then what does that say about the quality of work. The good news is they were too lazy to come out so I'm lucky enough to not have my roof ruinedAnd my hard earned money wasted!
