This place is a total rip off with an attitude. It seems like their business has declined significantly over the past few years and it does not surprise me. Dr Ban needs to get rid of her office manager ASAP, it is really sad for an establishment to lose business because of an employee. She is very rude and unpleasant, does not know how to talk to a client and will rip you off in the blink of an eye.

Dr. Ban needs to understand that a business reflects the personality of it`s owner.
