They are not high pressure which I appreciated, and they did give me a pretty good deal. The car is in great condition, my mechanic even asked me where I bought it because it is in such good shape

These guys really took care of me, I couldn't be happier. I live in western mass and they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for, so actually ended up driving over three hours to look at and eventually buy the car. They were extremely accommodating and willing to work with me to make things easier despite the long drive. Great example is that I wanted to have an additional key made up for the car, so they worked with a dealer out in my area to get the key made up rather than making me drive all the way back out their way. I had a couple little things I wanted to have fixed up on the car and they took care of them no problem. I'm honestly thrilled with how well they looked after out business transaction. If I ever find myself in that area again, I would definitely head back.

When I pulled up to Auto house, I was surprised by how small the lot was. For such a small dealership, they pack in a lot of value. There is not a single car here that I would not have driven off the lot and been perfectly happy in. I was looking for something very specific though, a 2011 Audi S6, and they had a great car for me, well below Blue Book value. The employees Brain Jason and the owner Michael where extremely nice and very helpful. I never had a concern throughout the entire buying process and I am very pleased with my purchase. highly recommending Auto house for any one who is looking for an respectable honest dealer with a great selection of cars.

I was looking for a commuter car is my budget but had finally decided to take the chance and buy a new vehicle. I knew I wanted to shop locally therefore I sent off e-mails to local dealers in Saugus/Malden and the folks at this shop responded quickly & warmly and answered the many questions that I had for them. Now I am not waiting anymore for the other dealers to respond back. When we walked on the lot, there were no high-pressure pushing sales people attacking us as soon as we stepped foot on this shop. We casually walked up to a sales representative and asked for Alan, the rep that had assisted via the web. Unfortunately he had left for the day but Mo assisted us for the rest of the purchase. He answered our questions, let us know all the options available and was there for every step of our buying process. My cousin Rayan has been taking his car there for several years and has been very pleased with the way that they have taken care of him and his car. I'm happy to say that the sales department made the purchasing of a new car just as pleasing. I recommend this shop for finding healthy affordable vehicles.

I have been using Auto House USA for about 7 years now. I am very fussy about my carss and the quality of paint work must be factory like or better. I simply can not tell when Auto House USA has refinished a panel or fixed a small fender bender.



Now with two daughters who have good driving skills but serious moments of stock car racing needs or encounters with wildlife that are on a suicide mission.......well there is only one place to call or the man to call and that is Mr. Alea at Auto House USA. He's such a professional and never laughs at our "incidents, stories, excuses or lies." It's all about making the customer and this fussy guy happy.



I am 33 and have owned all sorts of vehicles for many years now.....some the very sporty and exotic to a Ford 350 with a scratched tail gate. Mike was also VERY helpful and I never once felt pressured or that anyone was trying to dupe me. The entire staff was very helpful, friendly, honest, and personable. The reason I tried them because my wife's sister also got her Toyota 2 years ago and she was satisfied with the car, and still using her car flawlessly. The dealers at Auto House, they take care of us too and really value their customers. The manager told us that all cars there are in perfect condition, and they mean it, so even if you face a problem with your car later on, they take care of it because its just the way they practice their business. It just feel good when you know you can trust the dealership and be certain that you use your money the best way there. They also ensured if ANY problem happens with the car we can always count on them and just give them a call. I recommend this auto dealers. They have so many cars with variety of model. They sell USED cars, if you need new cars then you should know that a used car cannot be always like new, occasional issues always happen with used car, but Auto House always takes care of its customers, and thats why I go there every time
