Bob's Outlet

We have been waiting over six weeks for a part to come in to fix a chair. We have called many times and get a different answer each time.
It's obvious that they want the sale but don't want to service the products they sell. Buyer beware!

Went several times to Bob's Outlet. Their prices really can't be beat. Sean, Lori and Marc were so helpful and gave good advice.
