        Overall

        Horrible and incompetent appraiser. He did an appraisal for me that cost me over $600 with Streetlinks. I had to drop the mortgage company I was with, get another. The next appraisal was nearly $200,000 more than Holland's appraisal. Avoid him like the plague. JB
