I'm very disappointed with Keller's auto Sale, I called them asking about the van, and I told the them that I live in Marietta (3 hours driving), I agree to pay the price they ask, i even ask for discount. They told the van was excellent condition, no engine service light on, only damage was on right side of the front bumper.
When I saw their website and see the USA flag and Mathews 6:25-34 I tough they are serious, it makes me feel sad.
* light engine service is on, you guys just reset
*drive Shaft and cardan is damaged
*back doors is totally damaged and have to be replaced
*front turn light is broke (you guys just use glue and didn't replace it ).
I bought the car, first tough the car was good, but what they did it's just a make up on the car to sell it, when I get back in Marietta after 3 hours driving the car was making lot of noise underneath of the car and the right front turn light was almost on the floor, they just put glue instead fix (it's stupid, I spent $35 to fix the light), no respect at all with the customers.
I text, email them about the problems, they never reply to me, no sorry, no apologies, nothing
In Georgia we got any law to protect us buying used cars from dealership

I am still working with Keller's and hopefully I can drive off their lot within the week in a new car for my family, but I did want to remark on the customer service. Walking into the office, I was greeted by David who was happy to help me with my questions. The fact that I wasn't going to buy today didn't deter him from helping me, which I appreciated as I did find a car that I wanted, and planned to return with my husband. Now to just keep our fingers crossed that everything works out.

I bought a Saturn Vue 2004 at Keller's last August. After few days, the car began having issues when starting.
Since then I'm running every two three weeks to the car shop with this car. They cleaned the injectors, they changed the timing belt, the torque converter (Keller's helped up to $400 on a $ 2000 fixing for it), the spark plugs, the silenoid. And the car is still having problems. Right now the car is back to the car shop..again. I did three different car shops and everyone looks puzzled about what's going on with this car. Until now i spent a total of $4100 on this car.I can tell you I am NOT happy with this purchase at Keller's. They told us they checked on cars before buying them. OK,, what about mine then?

I bought a car at Kellers, when i walk in they treated me very nice, and the location was very clean. I bought a white Ford Explore in the two years I have owned it the reliability has been very good. At first i had a small problem, I call them they told me to come in and they fix it free of charge. I am pleased and would recomend this place to anyboby. Liz

Was greeted poorly, told if deposit on car was made they would not refund it under any circumstances. Sold car we wanted to a person that called and said they were coming to look at it, ignoring the fact the we were ready to buy at the moment. Unwilling to help research vechicle history, this place is being run by young inexperienced kids.and we would highly reccomend you keep shopping and avoid Kellers Auto Sales at any cost!

Many times we have people call from out of town and out of state who travel a great distance to buy vehicles from us. When a person calls and informs us they are on the way, we absolutely give that person a courtesy hold until they arrive. It would be very unfair if a person drove 6 hours and the car they came to look at was sold when they arrived. Keller's Auto Sales has always been more than willing to research and provide full vehicle history on every vehicle to every customer. We even have a very large CARFAX banner out front. Very unprofessional, not to mention they don't even sweep out the cars before they're sold. That doesn't look good to potential buyers!
