        Amazing Barre & Yoga Teachers

        I love going to SAV Yoga Barre because of the teachers. Everyone is highly trained, professional, and can give you appropriate adjustments and verbal cues. It's also been amazing to mix the yoga and barre--I've been able to maximize strength, flexibility, and improve muscle tone. Love this place!
