Dog Charm Studio

I went to Dog Charm Studio with my very hard to groom Welsh Terrier and Carolina was fabulous. This was the best grooming My dog has ever had,she looked beautiful and was finished quickly.I would highly recommend her and plan to make them my regular groomer.

I have been taking my one dog for the past 11 years. Dog Charm Studio does a wonderful job. Carolina is wonderful, and my dog loves going to Dog Charm Studio. I recommend Dog Charm Studio. Everyone is warm and friendly. My dogs are ell taken care of when they go to Dog Charm Studio.

Just wonderful. They practice tender, loving care. They really care about the animals. They do not keep the dogs all day as do most places. I was able to pick up my dogs within a few hours as I requested. The groomer was schooled in England, did show dogs, and has won many international prizes for her grooming. I told her how I wanted my dogs styled and she did an excellent job. My dogs look and smelled the best that I have ever seen them after grooming. The shop was very neat and clean and smelled fresh. Pricing was also very fair. I chose them because they have been serving the community for many years and are kind, courteous and reliable. I highly recommend Dog Charm Studio.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. If I could give it no stars I would. I never write negative reviews on people, but I feel like people need to be warned about this place. Where do I even begin? I brought my morkie puppy here awhile back, and I was in tears with the hack job she got. First of all, I dropped her off, and the lady didn't ask for any vet records (kennel cough, rabies, distemper)...I should've left right then and there. I went home and literally within the hour I got the call that she was done. Really? Who grooms that fast? But I thought, ok wow, that was quick, let me go get her. Upon first glance she seemed ok, so I paid & tipped and left. Got her home, and it wasn't until then when I got to really see her in the light I saw the horrific hack job on her. She was so horribly chopped and uneven. I was in shock and in tears. I've been to several groomers before...I've never seen a job so bad....no exaggeration. Took her back cause I was so upset. The lady took her to 'fix" her, and started with the scissors WHILE she was on the phone. I was afraid she was going to snip my dog...I mean pay attention! So I said, no....she needs to be evened with clippers. I'm not a groomer and I even know that much. She wasn't even hardly paying attention. The lady claims she's "self taught"., not even a certified groomer! Yeah, well it shows. I payed top dollar plus I tipped her $20 (before I noticed the damage), and that's the service I get? I've gotten way better service from petsmart or petco! In fact, I took her to petco right after to see if there was ANYTHING they could do to help fix her. Their mouths dropped when they saw her. And they said to me, "and you payed how much??". They said best thing was to just let her grow out. I took pics of her too, so people could see I was not exaggerating. Stay far far FAR away from this lady!!! She has no idea cutting wise, what she's doing.
