The Salon

I went there 2/19/2014 I am a CANCER patient , I lost all my hair and I need a wig I decided to get one , my doctor had a list of salons I can purchase one I wanted to get a real human hair wig, I walked in to speak to a specialist her name is Michele Erric who is the owner of the place, and specialize in wig...she gave me a wig and said this is real and i said ok great i will take it and she cut it poorly....very uneven..its was HORRIABLE ...well things didn't turn out great it in the ended I found out for a different salon it was FAUX HAIR... I was disappointed considering I was told it was REAL..i went back to try to reconcile the situation and I was treated very bad I am on going cancer patient and MICHELE THE OWNER WAS HEARTLESS in this situation she wouldn't refund me my money ...its wasnt easy spending hundreds of dollars and to turn out this was not what I asked for...in fact when I try to call her she wouldn't come to the phone ......I am destroyed by this ...to know people in that salon treat people like this in my situation have no sympathy to help this is an awful salon ...nobody was willing to help...so therefore I will take matter in my own hands..i want to let those who read this ...how I was treat very badly. I WOULD TELL A CANCER PATIENT DONT GO THERE TO GET A WIG BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW IF ITS REAL OR NOT ...MICHELE HAS NO RESPECT AND A COLD PERSON WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH...ITS HEARTBREAKING

Beware!! The owner does not know the definition of a single process color. If you google this term or ask at any other salon, it means a new base color applied all over to create a new color. At this Salon they have changed this definition to mean a root touch up.



This place makes up there own rules with prices far above normal. To charge those prices in a building that looks like a old hot dog stand is insane.



In addition, The Salon at Westchester is really in Eastchester, not Scalesdale. It's across the street from the Eastchester Plaza and when you google the address they advertise it automatically changes what you put in to Eastchester.

I wanted to let everybody in on a little secret her in westchester, so far this year i have recieved several free offers from the salon. the last one being a free blowdry and treatment. i found the salon on google the first time and have been going there ever since. sometime i get an appointement, but most of the time i just walk in. with times being a little tough and not sure about tommorow, its nice to be able to pamper myself and know that i am saving some money also. so i highly recommed everyone at the salon, Michele, Abby, Gigi, Reyna,and Bianca.

i just wanted to say that at first i thought it would not work but after my intial consonaltion with joe, i was confirendty i should at least try, that was over 18 months agi and the results are clear in my befor and after pictures. i have the hair i had in my youhth. i would recommed the tretament ant the salon they are the best!
