America's Best Contacts And Eyeglasses

I have gotten two pairs of anti scratch and anti fog glasses from Americas Best. They are Coach so a bit expensive. Both of them have tons of tiny scratches on them. I went to the store air bought them from in Schaumburg, IL and Manager said it was because they had an anti-fog coating that scratches if you don't use their products. That is unrealistic. I wear them in the day and put them in a case at night. I either use the soft eye glass cloth or anti-fog lens towelettes individually wrapped that state it is silicone free. The Manager of the store was not professional nor understands customer service. We have many family members use this vendor and they are all stopping. I would NOT recommend them. Their commercials are misleading because when you add normal things to the lense your price is way over other similar type stores.

Dr.Joshi is terrible. She is very rude and unpleasant to a customer. When I went to see her for the second time, and she told me it was the last time she's writing me a prescription. She wasn't giving any effort to listen to me because my English is not fluent. Well, she has an Indian accent too. She cut my words and bluffed me that I was too ignorant about lenses. I have never seen any doctor who gave me this feeling of contempt. Dr.Crofoot is very nice. He was very patient with me although I went to see him so many times already. That was why I felt sorry, so I went to see a different doctor. I don't recommend Dr.Joshi. You will regret.

although the service was quite good I was highly disappointed since my car broke down that they refuse to wait 15 minutes after they close for me to be able to get there to pick up my $300 glasses
